1. What types of massage services do you offer?

We offer a variety of massage services, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, and prenatal massage, among others.

2. How long are your massage sessions?

Our standard massage sessions are typically 60 minutes long, but we also offer 30-minute and 90-minute sessions to accommodate different needs and preferences.

3. Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be purchased for any of our massage services. They make a great gift for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion.

4. What should I expect during my first massage appointment?

During your first appointment, your massage therapist will discuss your health history and any specific concerns or goals you have for the session. They will then tailor the massage to meet your needs and preferences.

5. How often should I get a massage?

The frequency of massages depends on your individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from weekly sessions, while others may prefer monthly or bi-monthly appointments. Your massage therapist can help you determine the best schedule for you.

6. Is it normal to feel sore after a massage?

It is not uncommon to feel some soreness or stiffness after a massage, especially if it was deep tissue or focused on a specific area of tension. This soreness should subside within a day or two. Drinking plenty of water and applying heat or ice to the area can help alleviate any discomfort.

7. Do you offer couples massage?

Yes, we offer couples massage, where two people can receive massages in the same room, at the same time, by two different therapists. It's a great way to enjoy a relaxing experience together. We ask that you call to set up this appointment versus scheduling online. 

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
